I’m far from home ATL but when I’ve arrived I waste $300 non refundable because I made it here late an wasn’t able to check into my hotel an GOD LED to PALMS BY THE BEACH when I tell you early check I couldn’t be more grateful to find 3day baecation stability for my beloved & I When I called a lady pick up an when I arrive the young man helped so generous as if I was family I recommend if the look for the best in SC beach across the street 😉

We visited too late night around 2 am. The owner old guy was very genius. He waiting for us. And two security guards are very nice and helpful. Rate also very cheap

Right away I noticed that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very neat and clean, with all upgraded appliances. The prices are the best and It’s located just steps away from the beach ! hands down the best place I’ve stayed in myrtle beach. I Will be back and booking here for future family vacations !

My other half and I were the first ones to stay here and when it was renovated, we are greeted as if we were family owners went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable let us know that the pool was not working right now that they were just now getting the rooms done they gave us up-to-date information making sure no secrets were hitting we did not have to pay cash for anything as far as towels washcloths anyway it was like being at home just at the beach. They continuously asked if we needed anything they made sure to knock on the door if any questions needed to be answered my other half and I will definitely be back here to stay when we come to Myrtle Beach and the name has changed it is not the Shady Resort it is the Palms By the Beach. Whatever happened at this Motel before these honours were not the ones that were responsible so just think of how you would want to be treated when you were starting out a new business when the old one did have a rat bad reputation. We we're asked a lot of questions as far as how is your say on a daily basis do you need anything they still had unpacking of towels and things of that sort but that's okay none of us are perfect and I'm going to leave it at that because sometimes people need credit where credit is due again thank you so much for the owners in the workers for giving us a great mini vacation we will definitely be back!

A Perfect Stay by Shore I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palms by the Beach and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The location is unbeatable - just steps away from the beautiful beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready with helpful suggestions for local attractions and dining options. I can’t wait to return to Palms by the Beach for another getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay by the sea!

I feel like I found a gold nugget on the beach after finally trying one the lower price hotels on the Blvd. From the time I walk in the office to pay for my daughter's room I have a smile. The customer service here is great. Polite, courteous, and very helpful with any you may need . From toiletries to info about the area. The location is right across the street from the beach and the beach access too. They also rent to some of the locals with no problems. I am over grateful to the owner Ms. Maria. She is wonderful and just all around a happy person. Always putting the customers first . I would highly recommend it if you need a satisfying experience for you or a family. This is your place.

The downfall for us was no air in the front room. The air conditioner in the back room worked great!! They did bring me a fan for the front, which helped some. It's a very hot week here. The lovely lady who took care of us on the first day was wonderful.

The service from the staff was really great. They gave me a great deal on a room. The room was really clean compared to other rooms at other hotels that I have been to. Very nice and clean. No problems with Wi-Fi. Staff was very nice and polite. Location to the beach is nice and in walking distance no problem getting there. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Has a nice pool very family oriented.

First, The staff is extremely friendly and super family oriented!! They love the kids here. 2nd, The location? Super convenient to gas stations, local walmart and lots of food places! Totally recommend this hotel!
